Benefits of the PPM program

The Progression and Monitoring Program (PPM) is an advanced second-level program designed for those who have already participated in ReGen therapy [internal link to ReGen Therapy page] and wish to continue living an active and motivated life.

Just as a neurologist adjusts medications over time, the PPM monitors your physical and emotional development to help you:

  • Maintain long-term progress in strength, balance, and mobility
  • Address difficulties in posture, speech, and coordination
  • Prevent symptom worsening
Achieve and maintain a good quality of life
Preserve motivation, memory, confidence, and peace of mind
Monitor Parkinson’s not from a medical perspective, but starting from you: your thoughts and your feelings

What is it for?

PPM is a dynamic and personalized program that evolves with you and supports you in the daily management of Parkinson’s. It is the ideal program for:

Those who have already undergone ReGen therapy and wish to continue and reinforce their personal and physical growth

Those who wish to maintain the benefits over time and prevent new difficulties

What does the program include?

The PPM program addresses Parkinson’s disease comprehensively, focusing on the most important areas for maintaining independence and quality of life.

Targeted exercises to regain stability and confidence in your movements.

Specific training to improve walking patterns and increase step length.

Strengthening programs to maintain flexibility and reduce muscle stiffness.

Focused work on the voice to make it stronger and clearer, enabling effective communication.

Strategies to stimulate memory, attention, and mental clarity.

Group and individual sessions to manage anxiety, fear, and apathy, rediscovering balance and inner peace.

How does it work?

The PPM program consists of periodic meetings, in person or online, with the therapeutic team that supported you through the ReGen program.

Each phase is adapted to your new needs, with continuous updates on movement, breathing, and emotional well-being strategies.

Around 20 hours of full therapy

Results over time

PPM is not just a continuation of therapy, but a true life strategy.

It helps prevent regression, reduce the risk of falling, maintain mental clarity, and live with greater peace of mind.

Each session becomes a step forward toward a freer, more aware, and active life.

Our programs and therapies that can change your life

Personalizzati sulle tue esigenze, i nostri programmi combinano supporto fisico, cognitivo ed emotivo per aiutarti a riprendere il controllo, migliorare il tuo benessere e vivere pienamente con il Parkinson.

What they say about us

  • Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart. ♥️

A warm hello to Roberta, Laura, Alex, Daniele, and all the other wonderful people at the Regen Center!
I’m sorry to be so delayed in responding to your request for feedback to the program, but I have been very busy implementing the lessons that I learned during my week there, and simply getting on with the business of living, that I seem to have very few spare moments! Please feel free to use my comments on your website or other materials. 😘
I learned of your center several months after having been diagnosed, feeling like a bomb exploded in the middle of my life and wondering what the future would hold for me. I (like many others), I had been told by my neurologist that I had Parkinson’s and to take some pills and come back in six months with very little additional guidance or support offered .
This did not feel right to me, so I began my search for resources that could help me figure out a better path forward, one that took into account the psychological aspects as well as the non-pharmaceutical options available to me such as diet and exercise.
What I found of the center was a group of extremely dedicated professionals who seemed entirely focused on helping me with this task. From Dr. Silvia who validated my feelings of grief about my diagnosis, but also assured me that I had I have the power to choose to be an active participant in my own life and disease management, to Daniele who patiently but firmly and with a good sense of humor pushed me to understand that I could work outside of what I thought my physical limits were in order to see improvements in my motor symptoms, to Roberta and Laura, who coordinated all aspects of our days in a friendly and always helpful manner, to Alex the founder who serves as an inspiration an example to all of us “Parkies” of how to live well despite our limitations.
I include my fellow patients in my praise, with whom I found camaraderie and encouragement and shared goals. Everyone involved is an integral piece of the puzzle of learning to live with Parkinson’s and viewing it less like a disease and more of a chronic condition that can be managed.
I feel very lucky that I found the center when I did because I feel that it has set me on the right path at the right time. It is truly a place where you can begin to understand that well the path may be challenging, you can be heard and encouraged. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart. ♥️

P.S.I look forward to returning again next year to celebrate my progress.
