The driving force behind the centre
I’m Alex, and I’m the director of the centre. I don’t like losing, and my stubbornness refused to accept that at 44 my life was destined to become a one-way trip downhill. I’ve travelled a lot and met many people who shared valuable insights with me—insights that ultimately led to the creation of the centre you know today. I wish someone had told me this sooner. We can live well, follow our dreams, and feel better. We have a choice.
The centre is dedicated to helping people and their families—people like you and me. I’m always in the office, offering my support to all our guests, giving them guidance and the strength they need to take back control of their lives.
